Booking & Refund Terms

Payment
You may pay by Cheque, Faster Payments or BACS Bank Transfer only.

Funcasinos.biz reserves the right to charge a non refundable deposit of 50%, which secures the booking and covers the cost of any administration involved with that booking. 

The outstanding balance will be payable 7 days prior to any event unless the booking takes place within 30 days, when the full amount will be due immediately. Payment options include cheque or BACS transfer as above. 

You may, if you prefer, pay the full amount immediately on booking by BACS or cheque.

All our prices quoted are inclusive of all stated equipment and croupier dealing time of up to three hours.

Please note that the minimum booking which can be made is £380.

It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that all booking details are correct.
 
Event Period
The period of which the event will run will be stated in the booking contract, with a standard event/games hire lasting for a maximum of 3 hours. For events lasting over 3 hours, an additional cost per hour per table booked for the event shall be added to the standard event price. Price is dependent on date of event. See Extra Time in Tables to work out cost.

Theming costs are for the duration of an event.

Any sub-contracted extras such as entertainment or services provided by third parties are not party to the above terms but will have their own terms that will be supplied in a separate contract.

Please also note that any special set up request for tables or de-rig requirement  that is required more than two hours before an event or 30 minutes afterwards will be charged at £20 + VAT per hour per staff member present at the event.

Delivery
The cost of delivery, setup, collection and event staff is based upon the distance and time taken to get to and from a venue and is shown as an additional cost based upon the venue postcode supplied.

Set up times requested by the client will be checked and confirmed prior to any event. If set up is requested more than two hours from start of dealing time, there will be an additional discretionary charge applied per table. Likewise, if an event overruns and equipment cannot be de-rigged or collected until the next day.Price is dependent on date of event. See Extra Time in Tables to work out cost.

It is the Client’s responsibility to check that there is parking available for delivery team vehicles, that there is access for unloading/loading of any equipment, and that the area will not incur fines or restrictions.

Additionally, if congestion charges or other additional costs that may be incurred or apply as these will be charged separately, unless already specified in the contract.

Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled within 30 days from the booking date, clients are liable to pay 100% of the contract price.

Changes and amendments made to the booking within 30 days will be liable to an administration fee of £10 + VAT per amendment.

Please be aware that the cost of casino hire, theming, extras or any equipment is not dependent on the sale of tickets for any event and there is no sale or return policy that can be applied to the booking. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to market the sales of tickets for any event and not Funcasinos.biz.

Insurance
Funcasinos.biz has £5,000,000 public liability insurance but stress that all participants use the equipment or take part in the activities provided at their own risk.

Loss or Damage
Loss or damage to Funcasinos.biz equipment during events (other than fair wear and tear) will incur a charge in order to cover the cost for the loss or damaged caused, unless it is proved that such loss or damage caused by faulty material, workmanship or negligence on the part of the company.

Damage caused by wilful disregard of the given instructions of the representatives of Funcasinos.biz, or deliberate actions resulting in damage of property will be charged to the offending participant.

It is suggested that clients arrange for occasional side tables to be located close to the gaming tables for the placing of drinks or food as neither food or drink is to be consumed at the gaming tables.

Behaviour

Any abuse, either verbal or physical, made against any member of our staff or contracted croupiers, will not be tolerated, and will result in that table being closed for play.

Croupiers

It is the client's resonsibility to provide soft drinks for the croupiers during the dealing period.
 
Further Contractual Information

Funcasinos.biz reserve the right to change the games provided due to unforeseen circumstances, In the event of this, we will attempt to contact you in advance to make you aware of these changes.

In addition to this, in the event of Funcasinos.biz being unable to appear for any reason due to force majeure, including but not limited to: fire, flood, strike, failure of transport, illness, accident or injury, the client shall have no obligation or responsibility to Funcasinos.biz whatsoever, safe that Funcasinos.biz shall, at their discretion, return any deposit or percentage of payment (as deemed appropriate and fair) made prior to the event. On the rare occurrenceof a no-show of staff for an event, a refund will be given of up to £100.00 per no-show.
